Linux Professional Institute Certification Update

Bluepoint Linux Users Elite (BLUE) in cooperation with the National Computer Center (NCC), Red Hat, and Bluepoint Foundation will celebrate Linux Day with the rest of the world on August 27, 2011. Activities will run from 1PM to 5PM at the NCC in UP Diliman, Quezon City. Admission is free.

Announcement: Payment Deadline for the Sept 23 2011 LPI Certification Exam Extended to Sept 6 2011
Due to numerous requests from prospective examinees, the payment deadline for the Sept 23, 2011 LPI Certification Exam is extended up to Sept 6, 2011.
This will be the final deadline (no more extensions after this).

1) Pricing:
The Linux Professional Institute (LPI) and the International Open Source Network (IOSN) ASEAN +3 in cooperation with the UP IT Training Center (UPITTC) will be holding LPI Paper-Based Certification Exams on Sept. 23, 2011 (Friday), 2/F Vidal A. Tan Hall, Quirino Ave. cor. Velasquez St., University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City, both for Level 1 (LPI 101 & 102) and Level 2 (LPI 201 & 202) LPI Certifications. Level 3 Certification Exam will be included if there are takers.
IOSN will be offering paper-based tests (PBTs) on LPI 101, 102, and 304 (beta) in Manila on May 22, 2010.
